Noel Truman Gresham, 75, of Copperas Cove died Oct. 30 at his residence. Funeral services were held Nov. 2 at Sheppard Funeral Home with the Rev. Brant Holland officiating. Burial followed at Oakland Cemetery at Weatherford.
Gresham was born March 11, 1927, in Parker County. He was a member of many clubs and organizations such as the Bishop’s Committee, Diocesan Council Delegate, Diosese of Texas. He also held positions such as Senior Warden and Lay Eucharistic Minister, as well as the founding member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Copperas Cove and an Army veteran.
Gresham is preceded in death by his parents, Newton Elsberry Gresham and Muncie Elizabeth (Brown) Gresham. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Leah (Browder) Gresham of Copperas Cove; a daughter, Leah Anne Walker of Copperas Cove; and a son, James N. Gresham of Lewisville; and 4 grandchildren.

Efrain Cruz, 49, of Copperas Cove, died Nov. 3 at Metroplex Hospital. Funeral services will be held at a later date.
Cruz was born Sept. 11, 1953, in Aguasbuenas, Puerto Rico. He was a veteran of the Army. Cruz is preceded in death by his father, Machita Cruz. He is survived by his mother, Valentina (Merced) Cruz of Caguas, Puerto Rico; his wife, Iraida L. (Lebron) Cruz of Copperas Cove; a daughter, Mireya Cruz of Austin; a son, Ramses Efrain Cruz of Copperas Cove; two sisters, Emma H. Rodriques of Cleveland, Ohio, Sonja Cruz of Caguas, Puerto Rico; four brothers, Carlos Cruz of Cleveland, Ohio, Monchito Cruz of Aquasbuenas, Puerto Rico, Orlando Cruz of Aquasbuenas, Puerto Rico, Fernando Cruz of Aquasbuenas, Puerto Rico.
